My name is Aristote, I’m 27 years old. I would like to share with you what the Lord has done for me. I never imagined that one day I would serve the Lord. My dream was to become an engineer and for this I graduated from civil engineering university. But now serving the Lord has become my priority.

Since I followed the 12 Foundation Stones Bible course with TFI in 2015, something new happened to me. God started working in my life and I became a teacher of this Bible course. I even started teaching pastors. Then the Lord prompted me to use the STEPS program to teach children. He really blessed it, and I even trained some young people to use this program with children and some of them are now keeping this ministry going. Then the Lord inspired me to pray for people in hospitals and to do some acts of charity for them. He healed people who had incurable diseases, even complicated cases: God used us in this way. These were the signs that follow those who believe as it says in Mark 16:17-20. We called this ministry “The Fighters for Christ”. Then we started a program for young people which we called “Jesus Christ in the streets”, which helped us to win several young people to Jesus. More recently, the Lord has led us to organize almost every month evangelistic campaigns in different parts of Kinshasa. Thank You, dear Jesus, today You have made me a pastor and the legal representative of this ministry. My church is an outdoor church because we don’t have a building yet. Below are a few testimonies of some of the lives that were changed by Jesus through our ministry.

My name is Austin Makasi, and I am 19 years old. Christ has made a witness out of me, someone who tells others about Him. I never imagined that one day I would tell people about God; I know that there is a God, but for me, serving Him was just a distraction. It is during the evangelistic campaign organized by Aristote that I accepted to follow Jesus and to tell people about Him. Even my friends did not believe that I could ever repent of my sins, because I acted like an atheist, but Christ has transformed me.

At the time that I received Jesus, I was supposed to get an operation for a double hernia. But the Lord has healed me miraculously. God is great!

My name is Dalicia Losamadjo. I am 19 years old. I was raised a catholic. I am the only daughter in my family with 3 brothers, and we are orphaned from my father. I have had several boyfriends, but I never fell seriously in love with anyone. But I fell in love with my pastor. He was very chaste towards me, but I pushed him to make love to me and I became pregnant. Since I am a student, I wanted to have an abortion, but he was against it. So I decided to do it anyway by myself and I almost died in the process. I asked God to forgive me and since then I have decided to serve Him and to witness to others and become a better sample. Thank you so much dear Jesus.

My name is Renild Avali, I’m 24 years old. I am the only girl in my family with 4 brothers. I am serving the Lord with the “Fighters for Christ”. Aristote is my big brother. We have received a big blessing in my family to now have a servant of God in our midst. Our family would follow certain ancient African rituals which were not Christian. For example, for several generations, none of the girls in our family have gotten legally married. To have a man of God in our midst is very important. We presented this problem to the Lord and He delivered us! Now, I am about to get legally married! I have already received the dowry. Thank You Jesus for having broken these chains of laws and ordinances that condemned me.

(Note: In Congo, the future husband must give a dowry to the girl he wishes to marry. This is called « mariage coutumier » or traditional wedding, which is then followed by the civil and the religious wedding.)

My name is Moussa Kalonji and I am 25 years old. I used to be a Muslim and I have now accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Here is what Jesus has done for me. I was invited to this evangelistic campaign. All my life I felt like I was carrying a heavy load, it was so unbearable that I would turn to alcohol to feel better. During the campaign, I started shouting “Amen” to everything Aristote was saying, as if I was a Christian. I felt as if someone inside me was saying “I am within you”. When we were asked if we wanted to receive the Lord Jesus Christ, I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior. Since I have received Jesus, this weight I was carrying has completely disappeared and I have stopped drinking. Jesus has visited me and today I have become a Christian.

My name is Charlene Kapanga, I am 35 years old. The day I had prayer with Aristote in Maluku (an area of Kinshasa) I came home and decided to spend time praying in the way he had taught me. I suddenly had unbearable pain in my abdomen late that evening. When the pain stopped, I knew that God had healed me. I had been plagued by spiritual attacks, feeling spirits around me bothering me. But since that day, I no longer wake up during the night, I sleep peacefully. God is great, He is love, He is the answer and justice, He has given me a new life. I truly thank you and I will continue to faithfully help others also with faith and prayer. I will praise His name forever. Thank you.
