The students are eagerly preparing for the exams they will soon need to take before the Easter holiday.

2   Vocational Training: Tailoring and Construction

Here you can see Kazina presenting the clothes she created in tailoring training. She is in 12th grade and will soon graduate, not only with a High School Diploma, but with a vocational skill which will enable her to make a living.

The boys in construction class are learning how to lay the foundation of a building and to trace on the ground the plans drawn in class. After having learning the theory, they move on to practical training and concrete realization.

3   Distribution of Goods

We are very thankful to Marsavco and to Jean-Emile for their generous donations of food items and household products which allow us to supply the basic needs of the disadvantaged children.

4   Aristote’s Bakery Project

Thank you so much for the donations you sent for Aristote’s bakery project. His vision is to start small with what came in, and thanks to you, he was able to purchase all the basic materials to get started, that is the oven itself, the equipment and the shed which he now owns. He just needs to pay rent on the land. He has started to fix up the roof of the shed that will be used for the bakery and install electricity. He also created a flyer for the marketing. Many households are already waiting impatiently for the opening day as there are no other bakeries in this underprivileged neighborhood.
