1 Children Ministry
Fabrice: The STEPS children’s ministry that Fabrice started is going well and continues to grow and expand to other neighborhoods as Fabrice trains new instructors. They have also created a group for younger children. The latest themes, honesty and obedience, are making a huge impact in the lives of these children and giving them the moral foundation they need, while having fun.
Cedric: In collaboration with the wife of a friend, Cedric has started a project with the street children who often gather around the fountain of the central station. Cedric gives them the Good News while his friend serves them the meal she has prepared for these kids who never get enough to eat.
2 Food and Clothes Distribution
We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Rathi Mukund and their friend Mr. Alibhai for their donation of 2 bags of milk, 2 bags of rice, a bag of sugar, clothes and shoes which will be distributed to the SABEC children in Kikimi as needed.
3 Education
Our third graders taking a math exam.
4 Medical Center/Maternity
This policeman came to our center for treatment after having been severely beaten up by kulunas (violent and unscrupulous outlaws), when he came to the defense of children who were being abused by these young people. He did not want to use a weapon to defend himself.
Another beautiful newborn baby.
Maintenance of the ambulance: replacement of the brake shoes.
5 Gardening
First harvest of cassava (manioc), after drying, 35% will be cooked to feed the children. The rest will be sold to help cover the operating costs of the project and to buy new seeds.
Avocado and orange trees are growing.
6 Youth Ministry
Our youth leaders continue to meet monthly to pray together, share testimonies and plan outreach activities.
